HELP! 2 YR WORKING VISA - MALE LOOKING FOR WORK AND ACCOMMODATION

I am a 25 year old male who comes from a family of 6, I have 2 sisters and a brother, mother and father who are also looking to move out to Canada in the next 18 months to set up their own business. I come from a very happy family background. I feel it is now time to expand my choices of the kind of life I would like to have, hence the opportunity to see what Canada has to offer. I am looking for like minded people who want to see more of life than what is on offer here in the UK. I have a good track record in the working environment. I am looking for a nice location to work in British Columbia as well as a suitable location to live. I am interested in world affairs, along with outdoor activities. I am interested in world conservation and renewable energy, and having followed what is currently happening with both Germany and Canada in this field would like to possibly get involved either with a work placement or setting up a viable business to enhance further.

Some information on the best locations in Vancouver and districts of, would be good along with job vacancies/companies who would be interested in a financial background of 5 years plus.

If anyone could help with information on where best to rent and what companies are looking for, that would be great.
